• If I join, do I need to re-subscribe every month?

    No - We will automatically debit your nominated account on the first day of each month.

  • How do I access my perks with The Golfers Circle's partners?

    All of our partners have a live and up to date list of current paid members of The Golfers Circle. All you need to do is take some I.D with you when you visit any of the partners, tell them you are a member of The Golfers Circle, you'll be verified by staff and you're good to go! It is a good idea to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • Do I get entry into all your giveaways as a member or only certain ones?

    As a paid member, you are automatically entered into each one of our giveaways. We don't issue ticket numbers or anything old school, it is all taken care of for you in the back of house software. Our draws are done on the first day of each month, live on our Facebook page!

  • Is there a login page for the technical and other content you're producing?

    Initially, we are utilising Facebook and Instagram to post all of our content. In the future, we will be moving to a website based hosting system and login page for our content.

  • What is your billing cycle?

    We direct debit your nominated account on the first day of each month. We run on this cycle as our previous month's giveaways are drawn on this day and our new giveaways are announced. The direct debit will take place on the first of each month regardless of the date of joining, as you'll be entered into a new round of giveaways on the first of the month.

  • Will there be more partners and perks in the future?

    We are always on the hunt for more partners who can help us grow the game and get more people into the best gear and experiences. You can be assured that we will be forever evolving and getting new member benefits on board!

  • I have a company in the golf industry and would like to partner with The Golfers Circle, how can I?

    We are always open to meeting with prospective new partners and seeing if the fit is right for our members. We can be contacted at admin@thegolferscircle.com.

  • Do you ship the giveaways internationally?

    Absolutely! You can be assured it will arrive at your door, anywhere in the world, 100% free of charge.

  • Do you accept international members or members from different countries?

    Of course. Our mission statement from day one has been to make the game and everything associated with it more accessible to everyone, no strings attached. Our international members form a big part of what The Golfers Circle is.

  • I joined today, can I use my perks and discounts straight away?

    Yes, you can. We update our member list daily, however it may not update straight away. We send out a receipt of payment to your email address when you sign up, you can use this receipt as proof of membership in the interim until the member list is updated.

  • Where can I manage my subscription, such as update payment method or cancel the subscription?

    When a person subscribes to The Golfers Circle, they will receive an email from our host subscription company - Subify. There is a link in this email which will take you to a webpage where you can update, change or cancel your subscription.
